Located in southern part of Silent Hill. Director of the hospital was doctor Michael Kaufmann, who was involved with the religious cult and therefore used the hospital in his own advantage. After the terrible fire at the Gillespies', Alessa was brought to the Alchemilla Hospital. She was kept in the basement where no one was allowed to go.

  Brookhaven Hospital was located in the outskirts of Silent Hill, near Toluca Lake. As Alchemilla hosital, Brookhaven hospital also had some religious relations. Leonard Wolf was kept in the hospital and the hospital workers gave him his religious freedom; there is an altar and religious documents in the alternate hospital. Nothing much was hidden in the basement of this hospital.

  Located in the north-east section of Silent Hill. Green Lion is an antique shop owned by Dahlia Gillespie. It may seem a nice small shop, but behind the walls there is an entrance to a secret hidden altar that was meant for some religious rituals.

  Wish House (sometimes also called Hope House) was a religious facility where the members of The Order raised children by brainwashing them and teaching them the cult's beliefs. Wish House was located in the woods near Silent Hill and Toluca Lake. One of the children who were brought up in Wish House was Walter Sullivan, who later became a serial killer.

  Water prison was a facility that belonged to Hope House. The idea of the water prison was quite simple: to hold those children who did not obey the teachings or broke rules at the Hope House, imprisoned. Children had to live there under horrible circumstances, they were locked in their dark rooms, and could not go out. They couldn't wash themselves and the food they were given wasn't very pleasent either. Not to mention child abusers and violence they had to endure. Water prison is big cilindrical tower, and it's located near Silent Hill.
